Ten years ago, in the heart of Boston, Mark and Aly crossed paths while he was in the midst of launching B/SPOKE Studios. Aly, who was already one of the top instructors in the city (don’t worry, she’s humble about it...sometimes 😉), was recruited by Mark to join the team as the Founding Instructor and Director of Talent and Programs.

Over the following months, Mark and Aly bonded over their shared love for music, fitness, and the dream of changing the way Boston sweats. They kept it strictly professional—until one fateful night when their friends bailed on a concert. It ended up just being the two of them, and, well, the rest is history. Four months later Aly, Cava and Mark moved into their first apartment together.

Fast forward 10 years, countless adventures, epic live shows, and just a few thousand fitness classes later, they’re creating their dream life together — and finally tying the knot ✨
